Construction & structural notes
The CREC construction phase gave the development standardised structural specifications: floor-to-ceiling heights up to 3 metres (around 2.7 m average), living-room windows up to 2.75 m high, and lift cores rated at 1,160 kg / 17 persons running at 3.5 m/s. The five towers each rise 38 storeys; the exterior is finished in a white, grey and black palette. These structural attributes are unchanged by the Cappella Embassy repositioning, which focuses on finishes, facilities and the sales/documentation package.
